The Company, based in Southampton in Hampshire, was founded in 1987 with a clear focus on providing informed and honest sales advice backed by a quality of service which would delight our customers.
In July 2003 the dedication of our staff in living by these ideals was recognised by Canon UK. Canon spent the first 6 months of the year monitoring all of their resellers in terms of service quality. They measured such criteria as response times to machine breakdowns, technician training and customer satisfaction.
Condor are delighted to be one of only five in the whole of the UK to achieve the grade of elite partner.
