Weighbridge Offices
SCA Recycling recently issued a tender to several construction companies for the redevelopment of the old Curry's warehouse at Houndsdown Business Park in Totton that was to be turned into a major new recycling depot. Raymond Brown were one of the Construction companies chosen to tender for these works who in turn contacted Kingston Building Solutions with regards the supply of two Weighbridge Office Units that formed part of the tender. By spending time with Raymond Brown to discuss the requirements more clearly Kingston Building Solutions was able to offer a proposal for the supply of two suitable buildings which made a significant cost saving from the outlay initially expected. Raymond Brown won the contract and several weeks later Kingston Building Solutions provided two bespoke Weighbridge Offices on time and on budget.

There was a requirement for an exceptionally fast turn around for this new pre school nursery building located in Littlehampton, West Sussex. Once the design was finalised and approved the building was manufactured and delivered to site within 4 weeks from order. To alleviate the requirement for ramps and steps a reduce dig was undertaken which offers a level threshold into the building to offer an ease use use that was prevalent with this project. To prolong the life expectancy of the building an 12 degree pitched roof was used which also compliments the over all aesthetics of the building. The end result was a very happy customer with a new nursery building ready for use for the start of the new school term.
