We prepare, scan and securely host client’s documents to enable easy viewing from a web browser via our Freedocs system. This enables the client to instantly view their documents from wherever they may be as long they have their login details to hand and an internet connection, instantly streamlining any department swimming in paperwork.
We also offer traditional box storage with ‘Scan on Demand’ emailed retrieval. The main benefits of this are
