The Box Vault is a new division set up within RSS Ltd in 2009. We now house a facility with a capacity of 400,000 boxes within a controlled environment close to the main M8 motorway in Livingston. The site is ring fenced, secure and controlled by 24 hour colour digital CCTV with access contol on all doors. We operate to ISO 9001 - 2008 standards with all of the operating procedures and policies to go with it governing the control of fire, smoke, vermin, humidity and access. We have a range of delivery options including am and pm deliveries of files or boxes. All movements are controlled by our sophisticated O'Neill box tracking system activated by the use of bar codes.
