'Enhanced' IT support package is for those that wish to pay a fixed fee for telephone support, remote support, and on-site labour charges.
'Lite' IT support package is aimed at clients looking for a cost-effective solution to their IT issues. Both telephone and remote support are included but you only pay for on-site labour as and when you use it, all on our client discounted rates.
