Our system records employees attended time and supports various shift patterns, flexitime, the working time directive, the bradford factor, job costing, access control and prints a fire register.
Employees clock in / out using robust terminals or their PC and exceptions to behaviour such as lateness are emailed directly to managers for action to occur.
CaptureIT works in ‘real time’ to collect employee attendance data and then applies any special business rules (e.g. overtime) to arrive at the true attended time for all employees.
Attended time is transferred directly into your chosen payroll software such as Sage, Pegasus, Earnie, Access.
