- Does using the site mean I'm obliged to work with a Supplier?
No, the decision to go ahead and work with any supplier is entirely yours. Using our service doesn't oblige you to use one of our suppliers. - Is the quote comparison service free to use?
There's no catch; the service is completely free. Our suppliers pay us a small fee for each referral we send them, but for people seeking quotes and suppliers there is never any charge. - I'm worried about submitting my project information - is it safe?
It's very important to us that all your details are kept 100% safe. The details you provide us will only be passed to the chosen suppliers to contact you about this project.

- What are the criteria for a qualified lead?
We speak to every lead on the telephone to verify their details and we only pass the enquiry to our suppliers if we consider it a viable opportunity. A qualified lead means there's a person or company with a genuine requirement for quotes in the field of expertise represented by the index. - How do I choose the kind of leads I want, and the quantity?
Our leads are separated into indexes such as "Website Designers", "Direct Mail Data" and "Six Sigma Training". As a subscriber you start by selecting which of these applies to what you offer (you may choose as many as you'd like), then you can tell us how many leads want per week through each of the indexes you've chosen. - What if I need to put my subscription on hold?
That's fine. We'd encourage you to set caps on the number of leads you'd like through each index each week so that you have a steady and continuous flow of new business coming in, but we understand that you may need to put your account with us on hold from time to time. Just let us know how long you'd like to suspend your account for and we'll pause your leads straight away. - How do I receive the qualified leads?
You'll receive notification of all new leads by email. The email contains an outline of the brief for the job and invites you to login to your online account to retrieve the full details and follow the lead up. - What are the other features of my online account?
Your online account will contain all the leads you've received through any of our indexes. It also has a 'Subscriptions' section where you can add relevant content to improve your position on our directories, a 'Billing' area to keep up to date with invoicing and payments and several other nice reports and incentives that we've built into the site to enhance your experience. Once you're subscribed to our service you can login anytime at www.TheDealGenerator.com. - What is the level of competition for any lead?
Each qualified lead goes to a maximum of just six companies on most of our indexes, except for a few of our office machines and equipment indexes where we limit leads to just four suppliers. - How and when do I pay for the service?
At the start of each month we will send you an invoice for the service you have received during the previous month. Our accepted methods of payment are by Credit/Debit Card or Direct Debit. We'll need to take details of one or other of these methods from you before you begin receiving any leads from us. - What if we win some work from a lead?
Then congratulations! We don't take any fees in respect of work that you win from the leads we provide. Equally, whilst we like to hear of our suppliers' successes, you needn't report any part of the transaction through us. Once we've given you the leads, the rest is up to you. - What determines the order in which the advertisers appear on the directory?
Advertisers are ordered according to a system of content points. This means that a company who has included testimonials from their clients, added extra services offered, used terms relevant to the index in their company profile and added at least one case-study, complete with images and an active link to a website will score far higher than a company who have simply put in a generic blurb and no testimonials. The higher your score, the higher your position. - Can I subscribe to more than one index?
Absolutely. We want to provide qualified leads for you in any area you'd like, so if you're aware of any of our indexes you want to be receiving leads from just let us know how many you'd like per week and we'll try to get you on as soon as possible.
