Our primary aim is to make sure you are compliant with ever-changing employment law. We will issue bespoke employment contracts, employee handbooks and managers manuals. This is backed up by 24 hour telephone support to answer any questions you have. Any changes to employment law will be reflected in your documentation.
If you are unfortunate enough to be taken to employment tribunal we will take over. We will represent you, compile your defence and even pay any award. With the average award for unfair dismissal reaching £7,974 this is well worth having!
