We all do things in different ways. We all communicate in different ways. Just consider the differences in your communication with your boss and your Grandmother. What’s more, we probably all think that ‘our’ way is more effective than someone else’s.
Welcome to Empathy Styles, an approach which allows us to understand ourselves, the temperaments of others and how we can work with them to everyone’s benefit.
