We're NOT trainers. We're coaches. We think there's a difference! Our workshops aren't full of theory; nor are they "chalk and talk". They're deliberately kept to a maximum of 15 participants; and each workshop shares really down-to-earth, practical tips and techniques you can take away and use immediately, AND encourages the development of your own personal action plan.
