Backbone is a London based IT Support company that has been providing small businesses with managed IT services since it started operating in 1998. We currently maintain and support in excess of 80 networks with a base of over 100 servers and 1,500 workstations. We are an IT service business that is led by service rather than technology. Our service levels are underpinned by two key systems that manage key client information as well as our clients’ job requests. Our trained engineers have significant experience of managing and troubleshooting IT infrastructure.
