In 2006 Phoenix were invited to establish and run Informa Healthcare's brand new Sales Academy. The Academy now provides training for three distinct levels of staff – beginner, intermediate & advanced. Crucially the entire programme is underpinned by the involvement of all relevant managerial staff.
