MadAbout have worked in partnership with the ILF delivering a variety of training and business solutions from Team Building events, Senior Management ‘away days’, Management Programmes to Disciplinary and Grievance workshops.
They have invested quality time learning about our organisation and as a result built strong relationships with our HR department and senior management team. By learning about us, they have been able to provide solutions that are organisational specific, in a language and in a style that our employees have been able to relate to. MadAbout have always tailored their training material in line with the needs of the business and the particular delegates. None of the courses they have delivered have been prescriptive, and content is always mixed and matched as appropriate to ensure maximum learning. All of the courses have been highly participative and have a practical bias, encouraging delegates to share their own experiences and to compare these to best practice to ensure that learning easily translates to the work environment.
