MDP's interventions combine cutting-edge development tools with underpinning models and concepts to create a powerful learning process focused on achieving sustained improvements in organisational performance through cultural transformation. MDP has created courses for more than 60 ‘blue chip’ organisations including national and local government, police, housing, emergency services, utilities, distribution and finance. Training involves workshops, personal coaching, work-based activities and small group exercises supported by an online Virtual Learning Environment. Many programmes can lead to a qualification including a Diploma and Postgraduate Certificate in Leadership.
