Halcrow Group Ltd
Between October 2008 and April 2009, Eight Consulting managed Halcrow’s graduate recruitment campaign. Approximately 2,500 graduate applications were acknowledged, assessed and managed. This is the first time Halcrow outsourced graduate recruitment activity and it resulted in an 80% success rate.
Robinwood Activity Centre
Robinwood run residential adventure and team-working courses. Since April 2009, Eight Consulting has been providing a full range of HR services to Robinwood. This includes telephone and email support and the review and upgrade of employee documentation (policies, procedures and contracts).
