Jonathan had previously owned Direct Data Capture (DDC) a data prep company that gained a fabulous reputation and built tremendous relations with many companies, in-particular R&D companies who relied on the cleanest data, delivered to very precise deadlines, Jonathan ran DDC for 10 years, gaining time honoured contracts with blue chip companies, he did this with the help of his Customer Liaisons Officer, Claire Reid. Claire’s background was customer service and the combination of the DDC data team and Claire’s professional approach to the clients needs, the company was ready for growth, and Blue Yonder Research was born.
