Building on their recent success, BSquared wanted to develop their Problem Solving and Process Improvement capability. Our Green Belt programme did this and also helped them deliver huge improvements in customer satisfaction and efficiency. They’re now looking to train two more Green Belts.
Kimal wanted to learn about best practice from other sectors. 3 people joined our Green Belt programme and applied their new skills to projects that resulted in large savings for the business. We then developed a company-wide deployment of Six Sigma involving 3 Black Belts and 9 Green Belts.
Demands from customers and an enforced “modernisation” programme led Remploy to the conclusion that they needed to up skill key people across the organisation. Our Green Belt programme satisfied this need and enabled them to meet customer demands. They now plan to train two Black Belts.
