The company had experienced dramatic growth and the owners realized that their HR practices and procedures had lagged behind. They decided that action was needed so contacted HRS4U and asked them to cast there expert eye over their HR arrangements.HRS4U first step was to carry out an HR health check


Amongst other things identified was the need for DPAS to urgently review all staff contracts. The in-house team engaged the services of HRS4U to undertake a full, detailed review of current staff contracts. It was also recognised that there was insufficient engagement so a new appraisal was intro.
