Case Studies

Summer Party

A Summer Party for 1500 guests on a limited budget in a location in London. We sourced the location, provided a marquee, produced fete style stalls, a barbeque, school sports day activities and provided entertainment for the evening. We managed all logistics and onsite management on the day.

Annual Kickoff Conference

We needed to source a venue where we could produce 10 worlds to reflect the 10 different departments of the company, as well as a main conference area for 250 guests, and an area for a party at the end of the day. We produced the event in London and provided all production, catering and management.

Overseas Sales Incentive

We took 50 people to Courchevel for a skiing trip. We booked all flights, arranged the accommodation in a ski in ski out location, centrally situated in the resort. We organised all ski passes and ski hire in advance, met the clients at Geneva Airport and organised all apres ski on site for them.
