We currently are working on an inbound customer service helpline from 8am till 10pm seven days a week dealing with customer enquiries, response handling, and information requiring customer satisfaction surveys to promote the quality within the group.
We dealt with an outbound telemarketing campaign fora government funded campaign for Envirowise contacting businesses dealing with environmental issues from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday to gain new interests in this very popular area.
This campaign is primarily an outbound telemarketing project dealing with the sales of My Child products which aims to help parents to find the best educational needs for their children. This has been so successful that it is a continual campaign.

This campaign dealt with the launch of New Zealands premier recruitment agency for educational jobs and we made outbound telemarketing calls to schools in the UK to enhance the image and sales of the website. This campaign led to the start of the juicy jobs nz campaign currently working on .

This case study dealt with the beginning of a new recruitment website to challenge Monster Recruitment Website. We were primarily involved with outbound telemarketing campaigns both business to business and business to consumers to create brand awareness and sales onto the website.
This outbound telemarketing case study dealt with business to business enquiries to outlets with the intention of sales of pre paid mastercards for Chequepoint. This case study in its early stages took off and is becoming an ongoing project for RAM .
