Boots is the holder of the biggest loyalty program in the UK. We needed to identify customers value and potential so we could change behavior. To do this we needed to identify the key triggers that influenced spend, 2 models were build and now they get ROI in excess of 700%.
We worked with BMW, Rover IT and their database bureaux on the redesign and a range of database specifications. We selected key data (‘golden fields’) to be carried across into the new database structure. This process also required us to link to Rover’s operational systems, which were our data feed
